Building your own lesson

Alongside lessons assigned to you, you can build your own with the Create section in the sidebar ("Build your own lesson").

Starting from your notes

Select From my notes to import a photo of your handwritten or printed notes — this opens the lesson editor with your notes ready to turn into cards.

Starting from scratch with AI

Select Start blank, then, inside the editor, open Generate Lesson with AI. Pick 1–4 concepts to cover, optionally describe the topic or context, choose a grade level and lesson length, and select Generate lesson. It plans a worked example, practice, and a check for each concept.

AI generation is limited to a daily amount, shown as usage bars on the Create page — once you've hit the limit for the day, you can try again tomorrow.

Studying what you built

Select Study it to take the lesson for real — it runs through the same lesson player as an assigned course, counts toward your XP and mastery, and can schedule its own review afterward. Try it is different: it's a practice run-through that doesn't save or count toward anything, so use it to preview a lesson before studying it for real.

Deleting a creation can't be undone, so double-check before you confirm.
