The tutor roster grid

My Classes also has a grid view: your classes across the top, your students down the side. Tap a square to put a student in a class, or take them out.

How it works

Every tap updates instantly — there's no confirmation step, and it's safe to tap again if you're not sure it registered. Taking a student out of a class here removes them from that class completely, not just pauses them — but they stay on your overall roster, ready to add to another class whenever you like.

Two small panels above the grid, Add a class and Add a student, let you add either without leaving the page.

If a student isn't in any class yet, a note reminds you they won't get homework or a course until they are.
