How review lessons work

Finishing a lesson doesn't mean you're done with it. It gets scheduled to come back later as a review, timed to land around when you're likely to start forgetting it — the same spacing idea behind flashcard apps, but built into full lessons instead.

What a review actually is

A review isn't a set of flashcards — it's a short, freshly generated lesson that tests what the original lesson taught, without re-explaining it. You take it the same way you take any lesson: cards, Continue, and (if you need it) Ask the tutor.

Where to find what's due

Your course library shows a badge like 1 review due or 3 reviews due when you have reviews waiting. On the course page itself, a review lesson is marked SRS Review and shows one of:

• Due for review — select Review Now to start it
• Due with a date — it's scheduled but not ready yet
• Not due yet — it hasn't been scheduled yet

A review can't block or skip the rest of the course — it sits alongside your regular lessons, not in front of them.

Not to be confused with "Review Lesson"

A finished lesson also has a Review Lesson link that simply lets you replay that same lesson again from scratch. That's just a refresher you choose to take any time — it's separate from the scheduled SRS Review described above.
