Running a live Auto-Teach session

Once a course is published in Auto-Teach Studio, you can launch it and teach it live to a class — teachers and private tutors can both do this for classes they teach.

Starting a session

From Studio, pick the classroom you're teaching (or run it without picking one, for a solo rehearsal) and select Launch. If you already have a session running, a banner lets you Rejoin it instead of starting a new one.

While it's running

Step forward and back through the lesson, repeat or restart a stage, draw on screen, and switch to a distraction-free focus view. A teacher console adds pacing controls plus the ability to take over from the AI narrator and hand control back, skip + flag a stage (skipping it and marking it for your own follow-up), or use emergency stop to end things immediately. An "Ask the AI teacher" panel lets you ask a question about what's on screen — including attaching a screenshot — without leaving the session. A keyboard-shortcuts sheet lists every shortcut if you'd rather not use the mouse.

Ending a session

You can open the report, end the session outright, or leave while it keeps running in the background so you (or someone else) can rejoin later.

The report

Afterward, the report covers the whole class together: a completion summary, a breakdown of how the class responded (got it, partial, confused, no response) across every stage, a stage-by-stage timeline, and a short log of anything you stepped in to do manually. It never names or scores an individual student — this mode is built for whole-class teaching, not individual tracking.
