Changing your account settings

Your preferences live on two pages: Settings, for how teloriva looks and behaves, and Profile, for your picture and account details. Every option here saves the moment you pick it — there's no separate Save button.

Settings

Chat Assistant (students only) — pick a character to learn with. Each one comes with its own matching theme and icons.

Design System (everyone) — choose Claymorphism (soft, rounded) or Material Design (clean, flat).

Layout Direction (everyone) — Left to Right or Right to Left, for languages like Arabic, Hebrew, or Persian.

Language (everyone) — your interface language. Switching to a right-to-left language also switches your layout direction to match automatically.

Appearance (teachers, private tutors, parents, education managers, and school managers) — Theme Settings and Font Settings, including accessibility-friendly fonts like OpenDyslexic. Everyone else's theme and font instead follow whichever chat-assistant character they've picked, shown here as a read-only note.

Profile

Your picture — hover over it and select Change to upload a new one.

Email and username are shown here but can't be edited yourself. If your account has a confirmed email, you can always reset a forgotten password to it; if you're on a teacher-managed account with no email on file, your teacher needs to set a new password for you instead.

Change password — update your password if you're already signed in and know your current one.

There's no self-service way to delete your account — contact us if you need that.
